• To participate in any survey, you will need to create your account by providing some information about you (don’t worry! This information will be kept completely confidential and will not be shared with anyone).
• Click on REGISTER button (see top right corner) for creating a new account.
• If you already have an account then you can login by click on LOGIN button (see top right corner)
• After login, you can register in any of the surveys by reading the instructions attached and start with the survey.
• As soon as you register in any survey, that survey will be presented to you. But on re-login, you will get this (registered) survey by clicking on My Project menu inside Component menu instead of Home page. From there you can proceed to the survey.
• There are approximately 100 blocks in each survey. Each block has approximately 280 words.
• You will get a fixed number of credits for completing each block, which would be about 50 credits equivalent to 50 INR.
• These credits will start reflecting into your account as you finish each block. However, you can redeem your credits after every 10 blocks that you have completed.
• The credit amounts will be sent to you via Amazon e-vouchers which are valid for up to 1 year. So ideally, you will receive Amazon E-Vouchers of 500 INR after every 10 blocks that you have completed.
• We will send Amazon E-Vouchers on your registered email address.
• In our estimation completing each block should not take more than 15-20 minutes of your time. Therefore, we request you to complete these blocks in multiples of 10.
• Some blocks may be repeated (more than once) during the survey. You have to answer that block in the same way. You will also be given equal honorarium for these blocks.
• We are very grateful to you for this help, and it will promote our research to a very large extent. This is the first large-scale word characteristic survey in any Indian Language that we know of and hence you would be contributing hugely to further the scientific study of Indian Languages if you choose to spare your valuable time and participate in our survey.

• किसी भी सर्वेक्षण में भाग लेने के लिए, आपको अपने बारे में कुछ जानकारी प्रदान करके अपना पंजीकरण करना होगा (चिंता न करें! यह जानकारी पूरी तरह से गोपनीय रखी जाएगी और किसी के साथ साझा नहीं की जाएगी)।
  • पंजीकरण करने के लिए रजिस्टर बटन को दबाये (क्लिक करें- ऊपर दाएं कोने में देखें)।
• यदि आपने पहले से पंजीकरण कर रखा है तो आप लॉगिन बटन पर क्लिक करके लॉगिन कर सकते हैं (ऊपर दाएं कोने में देखें)
• लॉगिन करने के बाद, आप संलग्न निर्देशों को पढ़कर किसी भी सर्वेक्षण में पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं और सर्वेक्षण शुरू कर सकते हैं।
• जैसे ही आप किसी भी सर्वेक्षण में पंजीकरण कर देते तो वह सर्वेक्षण आपके सामने प्रस्तुत हो जायेगा। लेकिन दोबारा लॉगिन करने पर यह (पंजीकृत) सर्वेक्षण आपको होम पेज (Home Page ) की जगह Component मेन्यू (menu) के अंदर My Project मेन्यू पर क्लिक करने पर मिलेगा। वहां से आप सर्वेक्षण को अग्रसर कर सकते है।
• प्रत्येक सर्वेक्षण में लगभग 100 ब्लॉक हैं। प्रत्येक ब्लॉक में लगभग 280 शब्द हैं।
• प्रत्येक ब्लॉक को पूरा करने के लिए आपको 50 क्रेडिट मिलेंगे, जो 50 रुपये के बराबर होंगे।
• जैसे ही आप प्रत्येक ब्लॉक को समाप्त करेंगे, ये क्रेडिट आपके खाते में दिखाई देने लगेंगे। हालाँकि, आप प्रत्येक10 ब्लॉक पूरा करने के बाद अपने क्रेडिट को भुना सकते हैं।
• क्रेडिट राशि आपको अमेज़न ई-वाउचर के माध्यम से भेजी जाएगी जो 1 वर्ष तक के लिए वैध है। इस प्रकार प्रत्येक 10 ब्लॉक को पूरा करने के लिये आपको 500 रुपये के अमेज़न ई-वाउचर प्राप्त होंगे।
• हम अमेज़न ई-वाउचर आपके पंजीकृत (रजिस्टर) ईमेल पर भेजेंगे।
• हमारे अनुमान में प्रत्येक ब्लॉक को पूरा करने में आपके समय के 15-20 मिनट से अधिक नहीं लगना चाहिए। इसलिए, हम आपसे इन ब्लॉकों को 10 के गुणकों में पूरा करने का अनुरोध करते हैं।
• सर्वेक्षण के दौरान कुछ ब्लॉक की पुनरावृति (एक से अधिक बार) हो सकती है। आप को उस ब्लॉक को भी सामान रूप से ही उत्तर करना है। इन ब्लॉक्स के लिए भी आपको सामान रूप से मानदेय दिया जायेगा।
• इस सहायता के लिए हम आपके बहुत आभारी रहेंगे, और यह हमारे शोध को बहुत बड़े पैमाने पर बढ़ावा देगा । हमारी जानकारी के अनुसार यह किसी भी भारतीय भाषा में पहला बड़े पैमाने पर शब्द विशेषता सर्वेक्षण है। यदि आप अपना बहुमूल्य समय हमारे सर्वेक्षण के लिए देते है तो ये भारतीय भाषाओं के वैज्ञानिक अध्ययन को बढ़ाने मे बहुत प्रभावी योगदान होगा।
